On his way to lead his athletes in a major championship, a Swedish national team coach chose to joke that he had a bomb in his luggage. Now he is arrested by the police.

Friday morning was Terminal 2 at Copenhagen Airport Kastrup evacuated after a possible bomb threat.
Aftonbladet writes that it was a Swedish national team coach, on his way to a major championship, who was behind it all, after he pulled a joke.
According to the police in Copenhagen, national team coaches were asked what the person had in their luggage, whereupon the man allegedly became angry and replied:
– A bomb.
The terminal was then emptied while the police examined the luggage. The man was arrested, and is said to have later told that it was all a joke.
– We have to take it seriously when someone says they have a bomb at an airport. It is a very bad idea to joke about it, says a spokesperson for the police in Copenhagen.
– It is a very, very, very bad idea, says the spokesperson about the joke.
The police further say that there was nothing dangerous in the man’s luggage, and after about an hour the terminal was reopened.
The association in which the coach works has tried to get in touch with him, but according to Aftonbladet they have not spoken to him yet. However, a spokesperson for the association has given notice that the coach has been suspended from his job with immediate effect.
It has not yet been decided whether the man will be fired.
– For us, the most important thing is that the team and the other managers can get away. We can try to solve the sporting part on the spot.
