P15 Handball Association East – Team Green and Team White
How was your preparation before the Swedish Cup?
On four occasions since last spring, players from the Eastern region have completed all steps of the Swedish Handball Association’s educational ladder.
Before the Swedish Cup, we managed two training days and one training match per team.
What are you most waiting for during the Swedish Cup?
We look forward to an unrivaled handball party and an opportunity for the guys from Øst 07 to compete with the best players from other regions.
What are your expectations for the Swedish Cup? Feel free to tell us about your sporting expectations, but don’t forget to reflect on the organization and experience you think will be for you as a group.
We hope for many beautiful and exciting matches where the boys will have the opportunity to show themselves individually and as a group. Hard slaps in the back and always a hand up to help, regardless of whether it’s a teammate or an opposing player. Hopefully a lot of audiences will help us keep going over the weekend!
When the public takes their seats in Nyköping, what can they expect to see?
We hope to be able to offer physical and fast handball, with some spectacular ingredients!
We also know that fans from the region will do their best and support their players on both the male and female sides!
Tell us a little more about your team – it can be about team profiles, pitchside routines, merits, or anything else that can be fun for opponents and audience to get to know.
This year the eastern region has two men’s teams, a region that previously had three teams. This means that the competition has been tougher and sharper than before.
Our players come from Uppsala in the north to Tumba in the south and a total of 11 associations are represented. This indicates a good breadth of associations within the region leading a very good business. Even though the east region comes with two teams, the boys are very close in a large group and help each other and encourage each other all the time.
The Swedish Cup is played in Nyköping from 11 to 13 November.
P15 HF Öst Grön plays in Group 3 and meets HF Norr Norr and HF Väst Brown in the group stage.
P15 HF Öst Vit plays in Group 5 and meets HF Norr Västernorrland and HF Väst Svart in the group stage.
