How was your preparation before the Swedish Cup?
Due to the pandemic, players’ training sessions have been compressed. He was quite demanding with long training sessions and a lot of training. We met a large number (around 130) of talented players from the district.
We had a joint training session. There is too little time for the girls to get to know each other. It will be a challenge to make the team work together. Our goal when we meet in Nyköping will be to try to get the team together and get to know each other.
What are you most waiting for during the Swedish Cup?
We can’t wait to play exciting matches against other talented girls. It will be fun to meet new friends / leaders and grow as both a leader and a player.
What are your expectations for the Swedish Cup? Feel free to tell us about your sporting expectations, but don’t forget to reflect on the organization and experience you think will be for you as a group.
Our expectation with SVC is to do our best. But it doesn’t matter if we lose the games. There will be lots of fun games and well-functioning arrangements.
When the public takes their seats in Nyköping, what can they expect to see?
Audiences will be able to see fast-paced handball, tough defensive play and committed leaders. HF Väst Rosa will be a difficult team to face and fun to watch. Keep your hat on 11/11 at This fast-paced band plays at 4pm.
Tell us a little more about your team – it can be about team profiles, pitchside routines, merits, or anything else that can be fun for opponents and audience to get to know.
We met too little to talk about off-piste profiles and routines. Dude, I feel we have really good players in every position. I feel that the team is well composed. Some that have excelled in training are V9s that have proven they can shoot and break through, we also have M9s that have shown a good understanding of the game. It will be interesting to see how the team performs in a match situation.
The Swedish Cup is played in Nyköping from 11 to 13 November.
F15 HF Väst Rosa plays in group 4 and meets HF Mitt Östra and HF Öst Vit in the group stage.
