It is with great sadness that we must announce that our mother, Eva Lundin, passed away on December 25, 2021 after an accident on the island of Mustique on Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, her children say in a statement to Today’s industry.
She turned 87 years old and had lived in Switzerland for 55 years. She leaves behind four children, their families and two sisters.
– She was a loving sister, wife, mother, grandmother, grandmother and great-grandmother, the family continues.
Lundin originally came from the industrial family Wehtje, and married Adolf Lundin in 1957. He started the Lundingruppen, which today consists of several companies in the raw materials industry. He died in 2006.
According to Aftonbladet, the family’s shareholdings in the Lundingruppen are worth around SEK 50 billion.
