Jonas Jerebko is a basketball player, and has previously played in the American basketball league NBA in clubs such as the Detroit Pistons and Golden State Warriors. Today he was involved in training football with Häcken at Gothia Park Academy.
– It was really fun. I have watched a lot of football now that I have been at home, and played myself when I was younger, Jerebko says to Göteborgs-Posten after training.
The 208 centimeter tall Jerebko, who trained as a goalkeeper, continues:
– It’s cool to see how real goalkeepers train.
Häcken will play their next match on Sunday away against Djurgården. Then Jerebko is not expected to be in the match squad.
