Under the authority of the Director of Real Estate Management and Customer Relations, your missions will be as follows
- Provide support to tenants, with particular attention to the prevention of unpaid debts
- Respond to tenants’ requests and carry out telephone reminders,
- Conduct and conduct pre-litigation and litigation procedures
- Ensure the recovery of SVU debts from tenants in litigation, in accordance with defined procedures and in relation to social services, administrations, service providers such as bailiffs and lawyers
- Ensure the administrative management of files (drafting letters, constitution of files, follow-up and validation of invoices, …)
- Prepare and participate in collection consultation bodies (internal)
- Monitor tenant insurance
- Provide occasional replacement at reception
With a Bac + 2 type training, you are motivated to join the litigation service. You have experience allowing knowledge of equivalent procedures. The duration of the CDD is 6 months.
Your level of achievement, expertise and personal assertion allow you to establish a climate of trust and a unifying dynamic.
