Sven Jacobsen (r.) takes over the area of communication & sustainability at the cruise company Aida Cruises from Hansjörg Kunze (l.). The longtime Aida PR man is retiring from the operational area, but will continue to advise the company.
Before joining Aida Cruises, Jacobsen worked for Beiersdorf and Media-Saturn-Holding, among others. After a stint at the Salzburg automotive supplier Benteler, he has been responsible for corporate communications at the fruit gum manufacturer Haribo since 2015. Most recently, he was active on the market with his own consulting agency. Jacobsen reports directly to Felix Eichhorn, President AIDA Cruises.
Kunze, who has been in charge of corporate communications at Aida Cruises since 2004, is withdrawing from the operational area and will continue to support the shipping company in an advisory capacity, the company announced.
