annual media survey which was presented during Nordic Media Days in Bergen this week. In the survey, Norwegian journalists are asked which party they would vote for if there were general elections tomorrow.

The right is making the most progress, from 14 percent last year to 22 percent this year. The party is thus the second largest among journalists. The Liberal Party falls one percentage point to 9 percent in this year’s media survey.

Manager Kristin Clemet of the think tank Civita, who has been both a minister and a parliamentary representative for the Conservative Party, notices that Red is falling quite a lot.

– Both SV and MDG are very strong compared to what they do in the general population. It is not too surprising, because it has been like this for a long time. It is perhaps more interesting to see that Red falls so much, and it may have something to do with the Ukraine and NATO issue. Journalists are perhaps more concerned with that issue than voters in general, Clemet adds Campaigns.

The Center Party achieves 3 percent, as last year. Only 2 percent of journalists would vote for the Christian People’s Party, and only 1 percent say they support the Progress Party.
