There is no Suzuki Homecoming Post
Suzuki Indonesia does not provide special Homecoming Posts which are usually placed at certain points such as Rest Areas on toll roads which are usually the main route for homecoming.
Hariadi said that the reason for the absence of the Suzuki Homecoming Post in the Rest Area was due to various considerations. One of them is the customer waiting time when entering the Mudik Post in the Rest Area is very limited. Meanwhile, the time for travelers in the Rest Area is limited to only 30 minutes. “This consideration is what we consider to be ineffective for the Homecoming Post in the Rest Area,” said Hariadi.
He added that if Suzuki users experience problems with their vehicles on toll roads, they will be handled by them Suzuki Emergency Roadside Assistant (SERA) service and directed to go to the nearest repair shop if further service is required.
