The program guide lays down rules for the funding procedure, which serve as guidelines for those involved in the program and are intended to ensure uniform implementation of the program in the Berlin funding areas.
The district offices are responsible for the implementation control of the funding procedures in the individual funding areas. Fund recipients are usually the district specialist offices (e.g. green space office, road construction office, building construction office). Private owners or users apply for funding for projects from their district office as a grant.
