Suspicious deaths at Hawkesbury Hospital: another court postponement for Dr Nadler

The investigation into the release of Brian Nadler, the Hawkesbury General Hospital (HGH) doctor accused of first degree murder, was once again postponed to a later date on Tuesday.

This is the 4e postponement. The next virtual hearing, at the L’Orignal courthouse, is scheduled for June 15.

A few weeks ago, we learned that the 35-year-old accused has acquired a new lawyer, Mr.e Brian H. Greenspan.

This Toronto criminal lawyer has made a name for himself for his defense in a case involving Linda O’Leary, wife of businessman and former Conservative Party of Canada leadership candidate, Kevin O’Leary.

Brian Nadler was previously represented by Ottawa lawyer Alan Brass.

Remember that the doctor of Quebec origin is accused of the first degree murder of Albert Poidinger, 89, a patient he was responsible for.

The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are investigating other suspicious deaths at HGH in late March. At least five patients who lost their lives had COVID-19.

These events shook the community of Hawkesbury.
