From now on, employers are obliged not to allow employees who have not been vaccinated against COVID-19 to work.
So far, vaccinations against coronavirus in Ukraine are mandatory for:
– employees of central executive authorities and their territorial bodies;
– local state administrations and their structural divisions;
– institutions of higher, postgraduate, professional, professional (vocational and technical), general secondary, including special, preschool, out-of-school education, institutions of special education and institutions, regardless of the type and form of ownership.
They promise to expand the list of professions in the future.
At the same time, it is important to understand that the new restrictions will not affect people who have absolute contraindications to preventive vaccinations against COVID-19. To do this, they must provide a medical certificate on the presence of contraindications to vaccination against COVID-19, issued by a health care institution.
