A manager of a sports club of Caen (Calvados), a 60-year old man was found Thursday 11 June 2020 to be exercised without a diploma.

Francis* (60 years) manages a fitness room, gym, with sauna and swimming pool, to Caen (Calvados). Since 2013, various controls resulted in the remains of the city of Caen. On several occasions, between August and October 2019, the basin has been the subject of a closure, but it has not complied with the injunction. In addition, it did not possess the degree of master swimmer lifeguard. Thursday 11 June 2020, it has been judged by the correctional court.
Two degrees, an even number
In regards to the swimming pool, a dimension of 12 metres on 4, the man, who operates with children with disabilities defended :
