The owner of the restaurant, Rosa Pinasco he explained that the initiative is to allow anyone who buys an ice cream to donate one to those who can’t buy it.

Rose said: “This experience absolutely shows the generosity of our customers and the attention and care for the territory. It is the great attention that families reserve for people in difficulty and the kindness that exists in leaving an ice cream, which becomes a suspended token”.

The ice cream parlor in via Cairoli firmly believes that ice cream is a cuddle that everyone needs and must experience. Like the owners of many other similar businesses, Rosa Pinasco is too in trouble because of expensive energy and stated: “For us it is a colossal blow, I have a colleague and friend who has received an 8 thousand euro bill, he is considering whether to leave five people at home and change activities. We hold on, we are small and we give it our all”.
