On Thursday afternoon, a man received a severe slap in the face after he and his wife confronted a public urinal in the Jonkerstraat new game. He hit his head on the street, lost consciousness, and was taken to hospital with serious injuries. The perpetrator managed to escape.
A few hours later, the 20-year-old from Noordwijkerhout was arrested in the Johan Cruijff Arena. It is not clear if he remains a suspect in the case. Police have not released any new arrests.
