NEW YORK – The NYPD is seeking to identify the individuals featured in a video related to a violent and ruthless robbery that occurred in Manhattan.
The attack would have occurred at around 8:18 pm on Tuesday, July 20, against a 61-year-old woman who was at the corner of 8th Avenue and West 151 Street, when four individuals, three women and one man, they started a verbal dispute with the victim.
People then approached the victim and began kicking and hitting her with a pot to the head before pulling out her purse containing approximately $ 22, credit cards, and her walker.
After beating and robbing him, the suspects fled on foot to unknown locations and the victim was taken to NYC Health & Hospitals / Harlem for his injuries; it is in stable condition.
The three women and the man were described by the police as being approximately 20 to 30 years old.
