MYSURU, KOMPAS.TV – A man and woman couple in India were tied to an electric pole and brutally beaten for several hours for allegedly having an affair.
Both of them became a public spectacle for a long time.
The torture and public humiliation took place in Mysuru, South India, last November 25.
The incident was caught on video and spread across the media online.

The footage shows a man and a woman tied to an electric pole at night.
At that time people gathered and watched them.
The woman was shaking and unable to move because her hands were tied.
As quoted from Daily Star, it was reported that the pair were then beaten after being tied up.
The couple were then left alone for several hours, and passersby shouted at them.
