Suspected of being stolen by adopted children, Dorce’s sibling threatens the police?

Jakarta, Insertlive

Elita, the older sister of the late Dorce Gamalama, seems tired of waiting for the reading of her late sister’s inheritance letter.

Through Husni Thamrin Tanjung as her legal counsel, Elita asked Dorce’s adopted son to keep his promise to open a will after 40 days of Dorce’s departure.

“Today, my attorney for the deceased Dorce’s brother wants to clarify, because we see that the news is currently tilted towards immoral acts, why is it immoral that after the deceased died there was language from a lawyer who would open a will for 40 days,” said Husni Thamrin Tanjung when met in Gambir, Central Jakarta, Tuesday (29/3).

“And the fact is that until now there are zero, nothing. There are also words that say, please let us (language) be family. We have been in contact twice to meet, always the reason is not there,” he said.

Therefore, Husni did not hesitate to bring this into the realm of law. This has also been approved by the marriage of Dorce’s biological family.

“So for that reason, we as heirs will take a stand to take legal action against people whose Dorce inheritance has intentionally been sidelined against Mrs. Dorce’s siblings,” he said.

Not only DOrce’s adopted son, the family plans to report the lawyers and notaries involved because they are considered to have violated the rules.

“We will report the lawyer’s actions to the honorary council as well as the notary who is said to have kept a will,” he explained.

According to him, there was an oddity on the part of the adopted son who seemed to be buying time to open the will of Dorce’s legacy.

“Because it’s possible for 40 days to open a will, that’s not legal logic, that’s the logic of who he is personally, right, our biological family really object,” he concluded.
