According to Halden Arbeiderblad There are 6-7 police cars and around 20 police officers on site, in addition to several ambulances. A rescue helicopter has also been at Halden Stadium.
– We have found a person dead in an apartment and we have arrested a person. We have control of the situation, says task leader Frode Pedersen to NRK.

A woman in the neighborhood tells NRK that she heard desperate cries for help.

Police operations manager Finn Håvard Ås in the Eastern police district tells NRK that the deceased had external injuries. They were notified by ambulance personnel at 22.05.
