Authorities are searching for the man suspected of violently beating a 68-year-old man on a Manhattan street, New York City Police said.
According to the police report, the incident occurred on Valentine’s Day, around 4:15 pm, when the victim was on the corner of Lexington Avenue and East 116th Street. At that point the suspect approached the 68-year-old man and got into an argument.
The alleged assailant threw the victim to the ground and punched her several times before fleeing. The man was transported to a hospital in stable condition.
The suspect is described as a light-complexioned male, in his mid-40s, with black hair and last seen wearing a black leather jacket with a black hoodie, black pants, black sneakers and black gloves.
