The police have arrested EF, a viral suspect who harassed LHI victims, at Soekarno-Hatta Airport, Tangerang City. Suspect EF arrested while with a woman.
“The person concerned was arrested together with a female friend who was in the Balige area, in a temporary residence or boarding house,” said Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Soekarno-Hatta Airport Metro Police AKP Alexander Yurikho at Soekarno-Hatta Airport, Tangerang City, Friday (25 / 9/2020).
Alex explained that the suspect was arrested by the Garuda Satreskrim team at the Soekarno-Hatta Airport Police in Balige, Toba Regency, North Sumatra, on Friday (25/9) this morning. On arrival at Soekarno-Hatta Airport, the suspect was taken to the Soekarno-Hatta Airport Police.
“Now we will take the person concerned or the suspect to the Soekarno-Hatta Airport Police Headquarters office for investigators to take information,” he said.
“Hopefully, with the arrest of the suspected criminal act, what is the series of criminal acts, how did this happen and many other questions can be answered immediately so that we can convey it to the public again,” he continued.
Monitoring detikcom, Friday (25/9), EF arrived at Terminal 2E Soetta at 13.10 WIB. EF controlled a number of armed police.
EF is wearing a white outfit and a red hat with a mask. He seemed to be carrying a pink bag.
EF only bowed when carried by armed forces. EF’s hands were covered with black cloth.
After arriving at the airport, EF was immediately taken to the Soetta Airport Police by car. EF will undergo further tests.
EF has been named a suspect in the abuse case. He was charged with multiple clauses for abuse, extortion and fraud.
“(Article imposed on the suspect) harassment in (Article) 289 and / or (Article) 294,” said Head of Criminal Investigation Unit at Soekarno-Hatta Airport Police AKP Alexander Yurikho to detikcom, Thursday (24/9).
In addition, EF was charged with extortion clauses.
“And / or extortion in (Article) 368 KUHP and / or (Article) 378 KUHP in fraud,” added Yurikho.
Article 289 of the Criminal Code reads:
“Whoever by force or threat of violence forces someone to commit or condone the act of obscenity, is punished for committing an act that attacks the honor of decency with a maximum sentence of nine years.”
