Suspect Mourad T. in court for Hoorn sex offenses | Inland

T. has previously been convicted of raping a 16-year-old girl in his hometown in 2015. He was sentenced to 27 months in prison for that rape. After serving his sentence, T. strikes again, according to the prosecution.

In 2019, a 23-year-old woman was pulled from her bicycle, assaulted and raped on the Holenweg in Hoorn. After three weeks, the detective arrests T. His DNA traces match the traces found on the victim.

According to the judiciary, T. would have struck three times in a few months last year. It concerns a rape and two assaults. The court has allocated all day on Thursday to hear this criminal case.
