Semarang, Beritasatu.com – The Kapolrestabes Semarang, Kombes Pol Irwan Anwar revealed that Ahmad Nashir (22), the suspect in the murder of Alinsia Bokman Kondomo, daughter of the Acting Governor of Papua Mountains, Nikolaus Kondomo, could be sentenced to 15 years in prison and a fine of Rp. 15 billion. The suspect, who is also a student at the economics faculty at a private university in Semarang, was charged with multiple articles.
Meanwhile, Ahmad Nashir was charged with Article 81 of the Child Protection Law concerning rape of minors. Ahmad Nashir was also charged with Article 338 concerning murder.
“The maximum sentence is 15 years in prison and a fine of 5 billion,” said Irwan Anwar during a press conference at the Semarang Police Headquarters on Monday (22/5/2023).
As is well known, Ahmad Nashir just met Alinsia Bokman Kondomo (16) via social media on May 3 2023. On May 18 2023 the two of them met for the first time and led to Alinsia’s death.
When he was picked up at his house in the Plamongan Indah housing complex, Plamongn Sari Village, Pedurungan District, Semarang City, the victim was taken to a boarding room that had been prepared by the perpetrator. In that boarding room, the daughter of the Acting Governor of Papua Mountains was given liquor and fucked.
