Suspect Former DKI Parks Service Official Enjoys IDR 17.7 Billion from Land Acquisition Proceeds

“Product money land acquisition The amount enjoyed by the suspect and the parties amounted to Rp. 17.7 billion,” said Ashari in a written statement, Sunday (19/6/2022).

Ashari said, HH has a role as an appraiser of nine land parcels to be acquired by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government.

The resume was used by another suspect with the initials LD, who acts as a notary to regulate land prices.

The land owners then received compensation for land acquisition of Rp. 1.6 million per meter.

Even though the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government has issued a budget of Rp. 2.7 million per meter.

“So the total money paid by the DKI Provincial Forestry Service is Rp 46.49 billion,” said Ashari.

The total money earned by the land owners was IDR 28.72 billion. While the remaining Rp 17.7 billion went into the pockets of the suspects.

In addition to playing the appraisal value, it is also said that HH did not include land acquisition planning documents and information maps of urban planning during land acquisition.

HH also did not apply for asset information to the Regional Asset Management Agency and without the approval of the Governor of DKI Jakarta.

“The land acquisition process in Setu Village, Cipayung District, East Jakarta is suspected to have violated the provisions of Article 45 and Article 55 of Governor Regulation Number 82 of 2017 concerning Guidelines for Land Procurement for Development in the Public Interest related to the procurement plan,” said Ashari.

HH is now charged with Article 2 paragraph (1), Article 3, Article 11, Article 12 letter b Jo. Article 18 paragraph (1) letter b of Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 31 of 1999 as amended by Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 20 of 2001 concerning Amendments to Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 31 of 1999 concerning Eradication of Corruption Crimes Jo. Article 55 paragraph (1) 1 of the Criminal Code.
