The victim’s condition is unknown, but according to authorities he is expected to survive. The victim was transported to Bellevue Hospital. It is unknown what would have generated the dispute and if the victim and the suspect knew each other. The suspect is described as a dark-skinned man, in his early 25s, who was last seen dressed in black, wearing a white mask and a green shirt. Apparently he fled on the L train to Brooklyn. The train line is already running, but users may witness train delays. This is a case under investigation. – .
