Jakarta – Suspect shooting case Brigadier J, Richard Eliezer alias Bharada E ready to volunteer as a justice collaborator (JC). Bharada E has also applied for protection to the LPSK.
“Of course, in the eyes of this legal context, it is important to protect witness lock even though he is a suspect,” Deolipa told reporters at the Bareskrim building PoliceSouth Jakarta, Sunday (7/8/2022).
“So we agree, we have submitted the person concerned as a justice collaborator and we ask for legal protection from the LPSK,” he explained.
On the same occasion, Deolipa also emphasized the appointment of himself and his team as the new legal counsel to accompany Bharada E in this case.
