Authorities are searching for the man suspected of attacking an MTA bus driver in the Bronx with a tree branch, New York City Police said.
According to the uniformed officer, the incident occurred on Wednesday at around 9:55 pm in front of the 408 East Tremont Avenue when the suspect boarded the bus and hit the 39-year-old driver’s arm with the branch and then threw it at her. The alleged attacker fled and the woman refused medical attention.
The suspect is described as a male in his 30s to 40s and was last seen wearing a brown hooded jacket, light blue jeans and black sneakers.
