NEW YORK – The NYPD announced that a woman was arrested for allegedly punching a 77-year-old New York woman in the face, stealing a Bible and her purse.
The victim was evaluated at the scene for lacerations to his hands, but did not require further medical attention, authorities said.

Lisa Bailey faces a robbery charge for the attack last Sunday, September 12, at noon, on a sidewalk on 36th Avenue. It was unclear whether he had hired an attorney.
According to police, Bailey allegedly approached the victim and beat her that day, then took her to a parking pay station while snatching her belongings and then fleeing the scene.
