Houston police on Friday announced the arrest and indictment of a suspect in last month’s murder case of young American rapper Takeoff, a member of the influential Southern hip-hop group, Migos.
33-year-old suspect Patrick Xavier Clark was arrested Thursday night in connection with the murder of the musician, who was killed Nov. 1 at a bowling alley in Houston, Texas, city police chief Troy Finner said. during a press conference.
A 22-year-old man was also arrested Wednesday in this case for illegally carrying a weapon.
A fatal argument for the Migos member
Houston Police Officer Michael Burrow said the shooting occurred after an argument at a private party that the rapper was not present at. Two people were also killed. The investigation continues, Burrow added.
