Uprooted work: take part in the survey on the impacts of real estate strategies

These last years, companies are faced with choices that may seem contradictory : reduce their housing stock to adapt to falling occupancy rates, while wanting to preserve collectives by encouraging employees to return. Through a survey, The Boson Projectwith the support of La française REM and in partnership with the Association des Directeurs Immobiliers (ADI) and Républik Workplace Le Média, wants to take stock of the strategies implemented by organizations and question the HR consequences of the choices made.

While the link between space and work is no longer self-evident for 30% of workers, the need to find a strong collective is expressed by CEOs and HRDs, and real estate choices are being made for tomorrow , real estate management today is faced with a real headache. A few figures to illustrate this: while employees are generally satisfied with teleworking (score of 7.2/10), this method of organizing work “brings nothing” according to 87% of HR managers and 75% of employees at the same time, it is fun to come back to the office to discuss, collaborate and experience the collective*.

Are you a director / manager of the work environment or real estate / HR? We invite you to take part in the survey “Uprooted work: what impact on companies’ real estate strategies?” » to help us take stock of the strategies implemented by organizations and examine the HR consequences of the choices made.
