MOSCOW, KOMPAS.TV – After one year of the pandemic, it turns out that there are still many people in Russia who believe that the corona virus was deliberately created as a biological weapon. As reported by Reuters on Sunday (07/03/2021), the latest survey in Russia shows more than 60% of respondents believe this.
Recent polls in Russia show that nearly two-thirds of Russians are unwilling to accept the Sputnik V vaccine, which is domestically made. Not only that, many Russians believe that the corona virus is a biological weapon.
The Levada Center, a Russian non-government opinion polling organization and sociological research organization on Monday (01/03/2021) released the results of their research carried out last month.
Levada’s poll included 1,601 respondents from 50 different regions across Russia.
The Levada poll showed that 62% of people do not want to receive the domestically made Sputnik V vaccine. The majority of the rejecters were in the age range of 18 to 24 years.

It was reported that the majority of respondents doubted the Sputnik V vaccine because of the side effects such as fever and fatigue that occurred after vaccination.
