Officials from the Surveillance and Interpellation Unit (USI), police officers specializing in the search and arrest of convicted individuals and having to make a judgment, intervened Friday morning in a building in the René-II district, in Nancy.
The ICU sleuths had lodged their target at his girlfriend’s apartment on the 3rd floor. After forcing the door, the officials were greeted by the young woman while the target, she fled through the window of the accommodation by climbing the balconies to try to reach the ground cows.
