Around 11 p.m. it became clear that there were no explosives and flammable substances in the backpack. After an investigation by Team Explosives Reconnaissance (TEV), the police did take the backpack for further investigation. “We now want to know how the backpack got there and who left it behind,” said a police spokesman.
