BERLIN. While the fourth wave of Covid19 explodes in Central Europe, Central Europe is heading towards a lockdown of the unvaccinated. In fact, the margins for maneuver of governments are becoming more and more limited by the hour. Germany and Slovakia launch measures to exclude the unvaccinated from access to public life and where this is not enough, as in some Laender of Austria, there is a return to the lockdown for all.
