It is known that cinema without music would lose much of its ability to arouse emotions in the public. They are two limbs that go hand in hand. For this reason, in the fifteenth edition of the Rome Film Festival, which will start on October 15 at the Auditorium Parco della Musica, a large space will also be reserved for musical artists.
Certainly it is a surprise for all pop lovers the presence of Radiohead frontman, Thom Yorke, present on the penultimate day in Rome (scheduled for 24 October). The English singer, newly married with the Italian dancer Dajana Roncione, will talk about the relationship between music and cinema and what has influenced his music. Yorke has already worked on the creation of film soundtracks and TV series, also with director Luca Guadagnino.
The last time that Thom Yorke had come to Italy was last summer, when he had walked the stage of the Cavea of the Auditorium Parco della Musica on the third Italian date of his “Tomorrow’s Modern Boxes” tour.
