Directed by Gautham Vasudev Menon, the film will release in 2013. Jyothika played the role of Maya while Suriya played the role of ACP Anpuchelvan IPS. RD Cinematography by Rajashekhar. The film is produced by Kalaipuli S Thanu. Jeevan, Daniel Balaji, Devadarshanini, Manobala, Yog Jaypee, Vivek Anand, Sethu Rajan and others were also present in the film along with Suriya.
The songs composed by Harris Jayaraj were popular at that time. Surya and Jyothika’s love scenes also became the attraction of the movie.
Suriya’s next release is Kangwa. The film is directed by Siruthai Siva. The cinematography of the film is by Vetri Palanisamy. ‘Kankuva’ will be released in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Hindi and Malayalam languages.
