The board of the Surinaamse Police Bond has called on all its members to report in uniform on Thursday 20 May 2021, dressed in uniform, in the main hall of the Police Academy at Commewijnestraat 15 in Paramaribo.
The above is the result of a unanimous decision of today’s General Assembly, Wednesday 19 May 2021.
It is intended to resume today’s meeting, which has been postponed to tomorrow, Thursday 20 May 2021 at 7:30 am. As soon as the meeting has resumed, members will flock to the police station Centrum, after which the road will be continued to the building of the DNA.
The above decision of the GMM follows the attitude of the employer, who does not respond in any way to motions submitted by the SPB, touching on the issues of SZF, promotions, wage negotiation and the other package of wishes.
