When Apple announced its video streaming service, it claimed that its platform would reward quality over quantity. While it is true that the content that has been arriving since its launch has received very good reviews have not been endorsed by major awards.
If we talk about thrillers on Apple TV +, we have to talk about Servant, Defend Jacob and Tehran. Fans of these types of titles are in luck as Apple has signed an agreement for a new series of this genre baptized as Surface.
This new series, which will not arrive until 2022 at the earliest, will star Gugu Mbatha-Raw, actress who was part of the cast of the first season of The Morning Show.
This new series will be produced by Hello Sunshine, producer of Reese Witherspoon with whom Apple is already working with the series The Morning Show, Truth be told and My Kind of Country that Apple’s video streaming service will soon arrive.
Although the details of this series have not been revealed, it is expected that the plot of Surface will unfold throughout 8 episodes and filming to begin in early 2021.
