Supreme Court to hear Lavalin, gold smuggling cases on Thursday; Fundamental to Pinarayi

New Delhi: The Supreme Court will review petitions related to the Lavalin case on Thursday, which has been updated more than 30 times. President of the Supreme Court YU Lalit, Bela M. Various petitions related to the SNC Lavalin will be heard on Thursday by the court presided over by the head of justice. Earlier, UU Supreme Court President Lalit said petitions related to the Lavalin case would be considered on September 13. But since he was part of the constitution desk at the time, the petitions could not be considered.

The applications filed by the CBI against the acquittal of Pinarayi Vijayan in the case are being examined by the Supreme Court. Asking to be excluded from the list of defendants in the case, K.
