Supreme Court Rejects Petition to Restrain Opposition Alliance from Using the Name ‘India’

New Delhi: The Supreme Court has refused to consider a public interest petition seeking to prevent the use of the name ‘India’ by the opposition alliance. The court observed that the petitioner filed the petition for reputation.
