The first step benefits will take effect on Wednesday, February 16:
- children without additional requirements (test, vaccination, disease certificate) will be able to participate in interest education, attend events and use services even without the presence of adults in the “green” mode;
- quarantine measures have been lifted in kindergartens if the contact with the Covid-19-infected person has been outside the household and there are no symptoms of the disease. This means, for example, that if there is a Covid-19-infected child in a nursery group, he or she goes into solitary confinement, while the other children can continue to attend the nursery without being quarantined. However, in cases where contact with an infected person is within the household, the child must be quarantined;
- outlets will be able to operate without working time restrictions in the future.
The decline is expected to end in late February, therefore The MoE offers more significant measures to reduce security measures from March 1, implementing the second step of the plan.
