• Family Planning Program Initiative: which aims to achieve comprehensive social development for families benefiting from the Takaful Program by raising awareness of the targeted families and developing family planning clinics at a cost of 1.14 billion pounds. Also providing family planning services and methods in cities and towns, especially remote and poor areas, as part of the “Decent Life” initiative of the President of the Republic to increase the levels of use of family planning methods increase and reduce population growth rates. Conducting medical research and disseminating family planning methods, especially long-acting methods, and free medicines through family planning specialists, women and obstetricians in fixed and mobile clinics, urban centers, general hospitals and middle, and maternity and child care centres. .
