Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – Issuer banks with the largest market capitalization on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BBCA) provides long-term credit facilities to oil palm plantation issuers (crude palm oil/ CPO) PT Dharma Satya Nusantara Tbk (DSNG) and its subsidiaries.
Paulina Suryanti, Corporate Secretary of DSNG, said that on Wednesday, September 30, 2020, the company and its subsidiaries had signed a Loan Facility Agreement with BCA, in the form of a long-term credit facility of Rp 781.6 billion and US $ 60 million.
The facility value in US dollars is equivalent to IDR 894 billion, assuming an exchange rate of IDR 14,900 / US $. Thus, the total facilities for both of them reach Rp 1.67 trillion.
“The loan has a term of 1 year to 10 years. The loan will be used for investment, working capital and hedging for the company and its subsidiaries,” he said in an information disclosure on the IDX, Friday (2/10/2020).
He said the impact on operational activities was to support financing for the company’s business development.
“The impact on financial conditions is the availability of funds for investment and working capital in the company and its subsidiaries, and supports the business continuity of the company and its subsidiaries.”
Trading data this Friday noted that DSNG shares closed up 0.41% at IDR 494 / share with a market capitalization of IDR 5.24 trillion, while BBCA shares fell 1.17% at IDR 27,525 / share with a market capitalization of IDR 679 trillion.
