A number of supporters of the PDIP presidential candidate (bacapres). Ganjar Pranowo gathered at Patriot Candrabhaga Stadium, Bekasi, today. Ganjar volunteers held sports activities and distributed prizes in the yard of Patriot Candrabhaga Stadium.
Acting Mayor of Bekasi Tri Adhianto also attended the event. Tri appealed to all parties to carry out events outside the stadium to maintain the facilities ahead of the RI football club’s matches.
“Because the request (the committee) went outside and we directed it better outside so as not to disturb and damage the existing facilities. The more people enter the stadium, of course there must be things that will be used later,” Tri said after attending Great Bekasi event ‘Network for Ganjar President’, Patriot Candrabhaga Stadium, Sunday (13/8/2023).
Tri, who was invited by the committee to this event, said that the stadium usage regulations apply to anyone, regardless of a community. He hopes that the community can be involved in useful activities.
“Actually all (regulations were made), yes, it’s okay if someone wants to take part in the activity, right? Not only this, many residents can use it,” said Tri.
Chairman of the Committee for the ‘Network for Ganjar President’ event in Bekasi, Samuel Sitompul, said that the enthusiasm of the volunteers was very high even though the event was held outside the stadium. He said the use of the stadium yard took into account the schedule for Indonesian football matches at the Candrabhaga Stadium.
“We, the committee, frankly see the schedule of activities from our Indonesian football because Patriot Stadium is used by 3 clubs, we pay attention to the schedule. Then secondly, we don’t use it inside, but we use it outside, ladies and gentlemen,” said Samuel who is also a cadre the PDIP.
Samuel hopes that Ganjar will get a high vote in Bekasi. He is optimistic that Ganjar can win the contest and run as President of the Republic of Indonesia.
“Whether it’s outside or inside, we’re both happy ladies and gentlemen. Ganjar President, Ganjar president! This is the quality of Ganjar’s supporters in Bekasi City,” he added.
