A number of sympathizers and loyalists began to gather in front of the Sukamiskin Prison, Bandung City, West Java, to welcome the former Chairman of the Democratic Party. Anas Urbaningrum. Anas will be released from prison this afternoon.
Reported detikjabar, Tuesday (11/4/2023), a mass of Anas supporters wearing white clothes had gathered in front of the Sukamiskin Prison, Bandung City. They also carried banners as a form of support for Anas, who would soon breathe free air.
“Welcome Anas Urbaningrum,” wrote one banner.
In addition, on a number of banners and billboards, a hashtag was embedded that reads #MenpickJustice.
Head of HMI Bandung Regency Branch Fatih said HMI throughout Java Island and representatives from a number of regions in Indonesia were present today to pick up Anas.
“So it’s a happy moment for HMI Bandung Regency Branch to be able to pick up Mas Anas on April 11, we are with West Java HMI and friends from Central Java and East Java, around 2,500 are here, mix, if HMI is 1,000,” said Fatih Seida to detikjabar.
