In 2015, the Municipality of Grenoble launched Participatory Budgets, allowing Grenoble residents to propose projects and vote for those that are their favorites.To do this, throughout the year, specific support and mobilization of residents is required .
Targets
The objective of this mission is to participate in the mobilization around the participatory budget of the city of Grenoble by participating in various actions to reach the various audiences of the city in order to promote citizen participation in this system.
Actions
- Participate in meetings with residents, partners, associations to refine and define the project to be submitted to the participatory budget
- Accompany the project manager of the Local Democracy Mission for the preparation of the workshops
- Conducting radio broadcasts
- Participate in monitoring the projects carried out and organizing the inaugurations
- Participate in the organization and implementation of an important highlight, the Participatory Budget Forum in March 2023
- Participate in the mobilization of residents during the voting period of the Participatory Budget in June-July 2023
- Hold the polling stations of the participatory budget with city officials
- It participates in the development of discovery paths of already implemented participatory budget projects
