Support Denny Indrayana, Prabowo Listen to Put Indigenous Leaders, Religion, and DPRD

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – party Gerindra support a partner Denny Indrayana and Defriadi as a candidate for governor and deputy governor candidate in the elections South Borneo 2020.

Gerindra Party Secretary General Ahmad Muzani said, Gerindra Party Chairperson Prabowo Subianto had decided to provide support to Denny and Defriadi in the South Kalimantan Pilkada.

“The general chairperson of the Gerindra Party DPP, Pak Prabowo Subianto, ahead of the Eid al-Adha feast has taken an important decision for the nomination of the governor and deputy governor of South Kalimantan,” Muzani said, broadcast online, Monday (3/8/2020).

“The nominee for the governor and deputy governor of South Kalimantan chosen by Prabowo Subianto fell to brother Denny Indrayana and the deputy governor fell to brother Defriadi,” he said.

Muzani said, before it was decided, Prabowo heard the aspirations of various community groups such as traditional leaders, religious leaders, to professionals.

According to Muzani, after hearing these aspirations, Prabowo consulted with members of the South Kalimantan DPRD from the Gerindra Party Faction.

“In the end, we chose the eight seats of the DPRD of South Kalimantan Province to Denny Indrayana and Defriadi’s brothers,” he said.

Muzani hoped that the choice of the Gerindra Party could be a breath of fresh air in bringing change to the people of South Kalimantan.

Furthermore, Muzani submitted a letter of recommendation from the Gerindra Party DPP to Denny Indrayana who was accompanied directly by Defriadi.

In this event, Muzani was accompanied by Deputy Chairman of the Gerindra Sugiono Party and Chairman of the South Kalimantan Gerindra Party DPD Abidin.
