Object of the contract : SUPPLY OF PRINTING CONSUMABLES

Duration of the contract: This Framework Agreement is concluded for an initial period of one year from 07/07/2021
It can be tacitly renewed 3 times per successive period of 1 year.
The Framework Agreement is executed by issuing purchase orders, passed without minimum with maximum.
Number and consistency of lots: LOTS MULTIPLES :
1: Consumables for Trimmer, Hole Punch, Stitcher, Metal and Plastic Spiral Binder, FastBack Binder, Glue Press, Laminator, Envelope Feeder and Bell Wrapper, Glued Square Back Binder
2: Various consumables and inks for Offset

Award procedure: Adapted procedure

Terms of allocation: Companies can present their offer in the form of a single company, a solidarity group or a joint one. In the case of a consortium, one of the service providers, member of the consortium, must be designated in the act of engagement as agent (Cf. article R2142-24 of the Public Order Code).
In the event of a joint consortium, the contracting authority wishes the consortium’s agent to be jointly and severally liable for the performance of each of the members of the consortium for its contractual obligations towards the buyer.
