Supergiant Games’ roguelike Hades heads to Nintendo Switch this fall

In late 2018, Supergiant Games (creators of Bastion The Transistor) surprised us with the release of a roguelike in early access. A year and a half later, Hades is full of content and prepares to land for the first time on consoles.

Nintendo Switch will be the machine that will receive this adventure, as we have seen in the Nintendo Indie World from today. It will arrive in the fall and will have cross saved, which means that we can carry over our progress from the PC version to the hybrid console.

In Hades, we control the son of the homonymous Greek god. He tries to escape from the domains of the Underworld, but the incessant dangers that plague him do nothing but push him over and over back to his father’s palace. Along the way we will get improvements in the form of favors from other Greek gods, as well as new weapons that will help us achieve our goal.
