US rapper Kendrick Lamar will be the star of the upcoming halftime show of the Super Bowl of the American football league NFL. The 37-year-old Pulitzer Prize winner from Los Angeles (“Humble”) announced his appearance on what is probably the biggest stage in the world in a video on Instagram.
“I don’t want you to miss it. We’ll meet in New Orleans on February 9, 2025. Wear your best clothes, even if you’re watching from home,” said Lamar. He also performed at the 2022 Super Bowl with Dr. Dre, Eminem, Snoop Dogg, 50 Cent and Mary J. Blige.
